We are using as few ingredients as possible in the making of our products and those ingredients all meet the standards set by the vegan society. We aim for more than simply being honest about what’s in our products - our goal is to completely move away from highly processed ingredients and use only raw ingredients from natural sources.

We embrace and encourage eating healthy, and that's why all of our products are whole grain and naturally rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals that rye, einkorn, spelt and oat contain. This way we get to snack on goodies that are not only tasty but also beneficial to our energy levels, healthy eating and natural living.

The slow release of energy can also help us go about our day feeling full of energy and experiencing hunger less often - and this is a great way to manage our appetite and maintain a healthy weight without too much hassle or dieting!
